The work we’re building around

A revised quote. A missing box. A filler that needs another trip. The plan is to keep those details with the kitchen they belong to.

All capabilities below are planned or in development.

  1. Price the kitchen

    Manufacturer price lists, dealer multipliers, cabinet SKUs and installation labor in the same quote. Start with a quick estimate by linear foot; refine it by box.

  2. Keep the order clear

    Carry the cabinet list into the order to your manufacturer. Keep the line, finish, quantities and job details together.

  3. Check every delivery

    Count boxes against the order. Record missing or damaged items with photos for a claim, while the delivery is still in front of you.

  4. Finish the install

    Keep the install schedule, punch list and final invoice attached to the job, so the last few details have a place to go.

Made with independent RTA and semi-custom cabinet dealers and installer crews in mind. A person working alone, a small showroom, or a crew out fitting kitchens.

Phone, tablet and desktop access are planned, with English, Portuguese and Spanish. Custom cabinet manufacturing and CNC production are outside this product’s scope.

Paid plans are planned to share the core workflow, with different user, storage and visualizer allowances. Annual billing includes two months free.

Free is planned for one user, with three quick quotes per month and a Cabinet Project branded PDF. A 14-day trial without a card is planned for paid plans.

Can I use Cabinet Project today?

Not yet. Cabinet Project is in development. This preview describes the planned product; signup, subscriptions and trials are not available. Launch timing will be announced on this page.

Is it for dealers or custom cabinet shops?

The focus is independent RTA and semi-custom cabinet dealers and installer crews in the US. Custom cabinet manufacturing, CNC production and cut lists are outside the scope.

Will it connect directly to my manufacturer?

Direct manufacturer integrations are not part of the planned MVP. The plan is to import price lists with a review step, then prepare an order list for your existing ordering process.

Will my crew be able to work in another language?

English, Portuguese and Spanish are planned for the app, along with phone, tablet and desktop access. This first-look website is in English.
